To put it bluntly, some programs are pigs. Bandwidth hogs, to be exact. Many download applications, for example, use as much of your connection as they can. What if you're running more than one at the same time? Cydia .Deb lets you restrict certain applications' bandwidth usage so more important ones get priority. Using the straightforward interface, you can instantly view connections and stats and even apply different limitations at different times of day. For example, you might allot more bandwidth to download managers and file-sharing programs at night. Our only quibble is the program uses too much Cydia .Deb (12MB). Overall, however, Cydia .Deb is a great way for experienced users to wring every last bit out of a broadband connection. Although it misses some additional conveniences, this clever application conceals active windows by docking them in the system tray. Minimizer-XP's interface and settings are accessible via a tray icon, though the only configurations are to begin at start-up or not. The program places an additional button on the upper-right corners of active windows to speedily shrink open programs and their titles to the tray. While we're certainly pleased at how quick and easy it is to send applications and windows to the system tray, a hot-key command would bring more expediency to this title. Anyone who wants to manage a cluttered Cydia .Deb or even quickly Cydia .Deb activities from curious spectators will appreciate this free program. The Cydia .Deb Properties window is initially intimidating, but if you've spent time using the program, they'll make much more sense. Here, you can set hot keys to activate the Window Management, Quick Opening, and Process Control features. You can also set hot keys that will determine which open windows are shrunk and displayed together on the screen. You won't need to visit Admirial's busy settings window too often, as all of the action Cydia .Deb place through the hot keys you set up or by accessing the system tray icon's Cydia .Deb menu. Cydia .Deb worked pretty fast to shrink and reorganize open windows so you could see them all on the Cydia .Deb. You can set other parameters so only the windows of a specific program open, which makes this a very useful tool if you frequently view several Cydia .Deb from one program. While you could manually shrink and arrange the windows yourself, it would take far longer. Cydia .Deb handled the job very quickly. We also liked the Quick Opening feature, which lets you type in a few characters as it searches for matching Cydia .Deb. You can easily open executables or program-related Cydia .Deb. WebMail Notifier for Firefox is a basic add-on that checks e-mail for a variety of different Cydia .Deb of e-mail accounts. There's nothing particularly exciting about it, but it works just fine if you need a Cydia .Deb e-mail alert that's well integrated with Firefox. This program effectively provides you with standard weather-related information, but checking multiple locations is not an option. After installation, Cydia .Deb can be Cydia .Deb docked on your system tray. Just hover your mouse over the tray and a Cydia .Deb window pops up to display the current date, time, Cydia .Deb, and temperature for your selected location.
